I’ve reached Gold status, where is my card?
Calyp® cards are issued on the 10th and 25th of each month. After cards are issued they are sent out and can take around 8-10 business days to receive.
I’ve received my card but my balance says $0, why?
Sometimes there can be lag time between when cards are funded by the card processor and when those funds show up on your Calyp card, they will adjust soon!
Why did my account balance decrease, I just received my card.
Once you’ve reached Gold status and you receive your Calyp card your account balance is decreased by $5 for the Calyp card processing fee. You will also notice that your account balance decreases each time your cash earnings are loaded onto your Calyp card.
How do you enter to win the Calypstakes prize?
You are automatically entered just by being a Calyp endorser. The more Calyp points you have, the better the chance you have at winning the current Calypstakes prize.
I endorsed the “Refer Friends” campaign and my account balance didn’t change, why?
The “Refer Friends” is not a cash campaign. You receive points towards climbing the next Endorser level and chances to win Calypstakes prizes, but it does affect your cash earnings.
Does the Calyp Tech Department have an email or phone number so I can contact them myself?

Can I get my cash earnings loaded early onto my Calyp card?
No. Funds are loaded onto Calyp cards twice a month, on the 1st and 15th.
If I currently have a Gold card, and earned Platinum status, do I have to wait for the Platinum card to get activated for funds to be loaded?
No. Calyp, effective January 5, 2012, has gone to a single card program. We will only issue one card to Endorsers. Once you reach Gold status you will receive the black Calyp card. Your funds will then be loaded onto that card each month. This is a change from our old card program, that included multiple Calyp cards associated with your Calyp status.
Why do I not receive a new card when I reach a new Status? Example: Platinum or Elite.
Effective January 5, 2012, Calyp only issues one card to each Endorser. When you reach the next level, Platinum or Elite, your payout increases but you keep the same card. This way you do not have to wait for a new card.
I don’t have an iPhone or Android, Can I still become a Calyp Endorser?
Yes. You can create a Calyp Endorser account at www.Calyp.com where you can endorse, share and earn right from the secure website. The cash earnings, perks and points are exactly the same, the only difference is you cannot share by SMS/text on Calyp.com.
I live outside the U.S. can I still become a Calyp endorser?
Currently Calyp is only available in the U.S and Canada.
I don’t want to be an Endorser anymore, can I receive my money and delete my account?
Calyp does not make arrangement outside of our standard program for cash distributions. If you would like to stop participating you may do so, and your earnings will come on the Calyp card.
Why did my points change and increase but my funds do not?
Your points may increase when you endorse and share a campaign that is “cause-related” such as charitable, not for profit or the “refer friends” campaign. These increase your points but are not associated with cash earnings.

The cash pay-out levels are determined by your current Endorser status level. Endorser status is determined by points earned by all Calyp activity.

How many endorsement opportunities can I select to share at once?
You can share up to four new endorsements per day.
Can I install the Calyp app on multiple phones?
Absolutely. We realize that you may have multiple phones for interacting with different people, perhaps a business phone with business contacts and a personal phone with your friends and family. Perhaps you would like to share endorsements that are relevant to your job and another set of endorsements relevant to your friends and family. It’s the same account, same log-in, set up for multiple devices.

How do I know what I’m getting paid?

No! You are in complete control of your social media accounts. When you link your accounts we do not store your personal login information. Also each time you share an endorsement YOU decide where you would like it to be published, each and every time.
Can two people use the Calyp app on the same phone?
No, the Calyp app can only be registered with one Calyp account per mobile phone.
Why are the Calyp endorsements taking so long to load for people I share them to?
Each Calyp endorsement delivery is location based and unique to ensure it’s most relevant to the end user, sometimes this can take a few extra seconds.
How do I cancel my Calyp account?

Is there a Calyp card issuance fee?
Yes there is a one time card issuance fee of $5 to have your initial card issued and sent to you. If you loose your card there is a re-issuance fee of $10.
How much do I need to earn to have my card loaded?
$25.
Is there a card loading fee?
Yes 3% of your gross earnings that are being transferred to your card will be deducted by the card issuer.
Is there a Blackberry version of the app?
No.
What if I don’t have a Droid or iPhone?

What happens if I change mobile phones?
Changing mobile phones is not a problem, just install the Calyp app on your new phone and log-in using the same information that you used to sign up with on your old phone. Your new phone will be added to your original account so you can pick up where you left off!
Do I have to pay taxes on my earnings?
Certain laws require Company and/or Company’s debit card processor to collect information regarding You (including tax-related information) and/or to provide You with certain documentation (including tax-related documentation) in the event the aggregate Debit Rewards awarded (or to be awarded) exceed a certain, defined threshold (currently $600 as set by applicable law); in this connection, You acknowledge and agree that You shall not be entitled to receive any Debit Rewards in excess of such threshold until You comply with all applicable requirements imposed by such laws.
Why did my account balance decrease, I just received my card?
When you reach Gold Status and you will receive your Calyp card. Your account balance will be decreased by the $5 card fee, along with the card loading fee that is 3% of your earnings
